I want to sleep, I take a sedative to help me be calm.
I am tired, but so wound up.
A flood panic comes over me, I hate .
I think ahead for life and wonder if I am going to be like this forever, how am I going to move on and live like this.
Does anyone get like this?

I seem to be sleeping every second day now and it's very upsetting.
Does this happen or has happened to anyone? I am about to drift off and panic sets in or I am sleeping for a short period of time and I forceful wake myself with a fright. It's a terrible feeling and very upsetting.
I do take a BP pill, blood pressure is fine just got this problem.

See just right now, I was out and about and come home and decided just to relax in bed, no covers.
Straight away as soon as I am calming down, the anxiety and palpations kick in. I hate it.
