Hello toodepressed
Good on you for having the strength to post! Im sorry that you are experiencing these horrible anxiety symptoms.
I understand what you are going through as I used to have chronic anxiety as well and the symptoms you have are common yet awful to have.
Hope.for.the.best and Jessicatherese have great advice about.
It is crucial that you book a double appointment with your GP so you can begin your recovery. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose by doing so.
Anxiety is very common and many people suffer from varying degrees of this awful condition.
The forums are a rock solid safe place for you to post. I do hope you can post back when convenient for you.
my kind thoughts for you
Paul

I just arrived to a point that" I feel I don't know what is the right anymore" too much pressure, hopeless, and fear!
Sorry for the negative way of feeling but that is it

Hi toodepressed and a welcome from me 🙂
I too suffer from anxiety, amongst other things.
I’ve recently gone back to my psychologist, whom I haven’t seen for 14 years, because I’m having a horrible relapse. See, she inspires a certain amount of confidence in me, and I trust her, which helps in motivation to do the work needed. Because, battling anxiety does require some work, bravery and courage.
When we are at our wits end with shaking hands and full of fear, it can be totally incapacitating, we don’t know where to go, or what to do - I often think of the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland when I’m feeling like this 🙂
If you’re not getting that support from your psychologist, perhaps a re-think might be in order? I don’t know your circumstances or referral, of course, or how easy it might be for you to change - if this person is not “clicking” for you.
Please post back, because I know it is way to easy for bad anxiety to lead to us to pulling the drawbridge up and stop interacting with the world.
The Booster Buddy app is great and so is Smiling Mind - if you have the appropriate technology to use them. Smiling Mind is also available via web page using a browser, which means you can access via computer. I find their breathing meditations very useful.
Looking forward to chatting to you soon, cheers M 🙂
