Im sorry your struggling with your mental health..

I live in NSW. I went to my gp and told her of how much I was struggling with anxiety, depression and at the time I had an overwhelming sadness. my gp then referred me to a psychologist and my psych and I made a mental health care plan up. ..in NSW..Once Your on the mental health care plan, they include 10 free visits a year to psych.. I'm not sure how this works in other states but if you talk to your gp , your gp should let you know what options are available to you..
