Hi Zou Zou,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing negative side effects from your medication. Did your doctor advise you to lower your meds? It's important that you only change the dose of your medication on the advice of your doctor. Your symptoms may be like withdrawal symptoms, especially if the dose was lowered significantly. These symptoms should pass within a week or two.
However, I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor, and explain how you've been feeling. They will be able to alleviate your concerns, and find a solution.
I hope you start to feel better soon.
Best wishes,
SM

Hey zouzou!
Sorry to hear you're not feel too flash! SM has summed it up - don't change your dosage rate unless advised by your GP. Particularly with mental health medication, you need to slowly come on and come off over at least a week, as your body needs time to adjust.
It could be due to a number of health related reasons - diet, water intake, how much sleep you're getting, lifestyle choices etc. The professional opinion of your GP is the best one to listen to!
Hope you feel better soon!
