Hi there does anyone else suffer with early morning nausea mine comes and goes and is back again.Ive got relaxation cds and breathing exercises to do .I dont know why its back again any tips be great .

hello Cakeboss, I know the feeling of being nauseated, it's happened to me so many times and I also hate it, for you however you maybe waking up dreading what's going to happen during the day, it maybe no different than the day before and then the day before that, with all that is happening to you and been not able to cope with any of these situations and please, believe me, it can happen so easily to anyone, so I do feel sorry for you.
Now what needs to be done to is to contact your doctor, who may prescribe medication and refer you onto a psychologist, Imaybe talking about something you might have already done.
Relaxation tapes and breathing exercises are certainly most helpful, but they will have much moreeffect after you start talking to a psychologist because they will have a meaning. Geoff.

Hi thanks for your advice really appreciate it .I am going to make a appointment today to see gp.I also suffer health anxiety and see a psycholgoist who we are working on irrational thinking and i keep telling myself that this is not me this is anxiety and it will pass.I was going so well then its started up again for no reason and then any little stress in day to day sets it off to .I am currently having some medication increases which isnt working but got to give it time ive been told.You could be right why i wake up like this cause im dreading that its going to happen all over again .Ill speak to the gp which will help me for sure today .
