I dont know where i went wrong or what happened,I decided that I had enough of the discrimination and racism i face everyday just to go out and work or study, i was tired of locking my self indoors, but they didn't have a strong mental health support it was there just for a name nothing was confidential. You can't speak up cause u didn't have proof you cant complain because you wore something that attracted them
No I was just travelling home from work and trying to make a living. I just wanted some peace. I moved to Australia life gave me a bigger slap took away everything from me i didn't give up . I worked my way through it i was getting better than it through a. Stone at me again . Why is life so unfair those u dont even put any effort are in better places . Past 2 years i have been struggling so much with mental health issues, i finally gained enough courage to speak out .I honestly dont know anything I feel so confused I just want to sleep but my partner said I have started talking in my sleep 😥.

Hello Dear Guest,
A very warm and caring welcome to the forums…
I am so sorry for all that has happened to you…
I can relate to people who don’t put in any effort seems to move ahead before those that do…it seems so unfair…doesn’t it?…
When of working age, (now aged pension)…we/were a two income family and didn’t get far in life, yet people we knew with only one income bought big houses, cars, had plenty of money to travel etc…and here we were constantly struggling to keep ourselves afloat…in a way wasting precious days and years comparing ourselves with others and their achievements…..
Now, I’m a widow, own my very small house out in a semi rural area and living off the aged pension…and I’m okay with what I have….Life is not about what we have materialisticly, but what we have internally with the love, care and support of our spouses/partners and loved ones…enjoying each day that we are blessed with, the best we can….
Just wondering dear Guest, if you are getting counselling for your mental health..if not, then can I gently urge you to have a talk to your Dr. about how your feeling and thinking mentally so they can set you up with a free mental health care plan…🤗..
Sending you a gentle, warm caring hug…🤗..
My kindest thoughts dear Guest with my care..
Grandy..
