Hi there,

Thank you so much for reaching out to our community for support. This takes a lot of courage and we are really glad that you've stopped by. 💙

It sounds like you are working hard to find things that you can engage with whilst being unemployed. I can see that you enjoy working and that it’s good for you to stay busy and focused. Inconsistent employment is rather destabilising and disheartening, so please know your feelings are perfectly understandable.

Aside from looking for more suitable roles, I wonder if enrolling in some study could be a good idea? Or even joining a social group? Perhaps you could also explore a hobby or craft?

Whatever comes to mind, write them all out and then pick the one that most excites you! This might be a good place to start – let yourself dream and imagine all the possibilities that are out there for you.

And if you have any more questions or reflections in the meantime, you can come back to this post and share them with our community whenever you need.

Looking forward to your reply. 😊

Warm regards,
Sophie M.

Hello

The mean thing is always believe in yourself and going for any interview can be overwhelming to us. Keep busy by doing things you enjoy and the most important that you could do for a walk. Going for a walk daily being down, our anxious and feel better.  Keep up the great work you are achieving for yourself. All  the best 👍 This is my first time stepping up and commenting on anyone posts 📫 😊
