Hey ☺️ thank you for posting and reaching out it’s really brave. I promise you aren’t going crazy i experience similar symptoms when I'm feeling really anxious. Someone told me recently that once your nervous system is heightened your body starts to look for anything and everything that could be wrong. It goes back to that whole fight and flight thing when we were cavemen i think 😂 I wish someone could tell my brain I’m not in a cave now.
It’s good that you’ve gone and got everything checked out regarding your health hopefully that will reassure you a little that your symptoms are anxiety related.
Remember that some medications can take time to settle as well, I know with some you can feel worse before you feel better.
When I feel like this I tend to have a few things up my sleeve that help a little to make me feel better, some non caffeinated tea, a comfy sofa and lots of dog washing videos. It might be an idea to try and few things and see what works for you.
Take care and always here to continue chatting if you’d like.
