im realy stressed out right now i hate year 7 im trying to do math and im being so fidgety and im so scared of rejection please gimme yr 7 advice

Thanks for your post!
I can understand your stress, maths is hard. Have you spoken to your teacher about your struggles in maths? I'm sure they'll be able to guide you through the content. I would recommend keeping a summary book and writing your notes in there (e.g. formulas, graphs, any concept you're getting stuck on) so that you can be prepared for future tests. I remember there was a homework club at my high school where you could get help from teachers afterschool, so maybe see if your school has that too. I am a part-time tutor and we have loads of students coming in for maths and English. Speak to your parents about your maths struggle and if you need additional support, don't be afraid to start tutoring.
