Hi sam,
Sorry to read you are experiencing anxiety. It is good that you are able to attend appointments with the Dr and can be checked out. It can be hard to trust the Drs and to truly believe that what they are saying is the absolute truth.
My anxiety is pretty good at the moment thankfully. I guess I have worked at trying to trust the words the Dr and the psychologist say and try not to worry so much.
Anxiety can do weird things to our bodies! Have you found ways in the past to help deal with your anxiety?
Maybe if you write down what you have been anxious about in the past, then consider the actual reality of the situation, you might be able to recognise just how infrequently something horrific actually happens.
There certainly are times when we need to be checked by the Dr.
Hope this helps in some way!
Cheers from Dools
