Hello Dear T1278910...
I am so sorry you are struggling with health anxiety...
Have you spoken to your Dr about how how your health anxiety is effecting your every day living?...if not...is it something that you might consider?...They might get you a mental health care plan set up...if they think it will help you...It’s really worth reaching out to your Dr. for some help....
Maybe...once you start procrastinating about your future...try distracting you thoughts onto something else...something that you like doing and takes your full concentration doing it....I know it’s easy to say these words...but hard to do....with practise it does become easier.....
Here if you want to talk...
My kindest thoughts with my care..
Grandy..

Hi T1278910,
I'm sorry this is happening.
Do you have any reason to worry about your health?
I understand that its hard when we worry about our health, in the past I suffered with health anxiety Id constanly obsess over something being wrong with me then Id go to the doctor and have it checked only to be told I was ok but id still worry.
My health anxiety became sever and it lead to other worries that didn't involve my health I was diagnosed with OCD.
I did a therapy for my OCD and this therapy gave me all of the tools I needed to break free of the vicous cycle of OCD and worring in general.
We can learn to change our mind sets from negative to positive it just takes practice.
You can also learn how to challenge your thoughts.
Have you seeked help from a professional for what you are going through?
I recommend that you make an appointment with your gp and discuss how your anxiety is affecting your life you could do a mental health plan together this will enable you to see a psychologist who can give you many stratergies.
I'm here to chat to you, you really can learn how to move forward from this.

Hi there,
I am sorry you are experiencing this! As someone with health issues, I know this feeling of worry.
Have you seen a doctor about your concerns? They could help you ease your mind by discussing the problem, or even refer you to a psychologist if you need to discuss your anxiety with someone. Is there any real health issues you think are occuring?
I am here to talk if you need, I understand.
