How do you stop worrying about the future

We are about to move home to AU from Indonesia and our friends' negative reactions about Australia are getting to me. I now worried, except I want to leave him because I'm over it.
i have had a rough time. It's taken eight years to find the right bipolar meds and now I'm coming out of the fog,
So I am worried about the future because my life has been difficult. So because I'm an idiot I consulted a computer generated tarot site and the result was bad.
As I am an idiot, it has shaken me up. The thought of more trauma is too much. My friends' comments are making it worse. I suppose it shows I am vulnerable by consulting the tarot.
Can someone please inspire me to go ahead? What can I do?
Just a note, I have seen psychologists, counsellor and psychiatrists for years. Tried mindfulness, ACT and CBT.
thank you! 🙂

dear LaHola, thanks for joining the BB site, and posting your comment.
I am so pleased that finally you have found the right medication for your BP, so at last you can now find your way, but it's good idea to keep any new updates on this medication that your doctor may get which could help you further on down the track, as they are continually changing.
There are always good, bad and/or indifferent stories coming from countries from all around the world, because it sells papers, appears on TV and makes conversations with friends or whomever, some which no one would like to hear or see, but it's been going on for years and is not likely to ever stop.
People who live in small country towns believe that where they actually live has all the problems in the world, but this is not limited to one town it happens in most places.
Clairvoyant and tarot readings I am not sure about, and whether or not I believe in them is well interesting, but if you want to move to AU I would do so, but remember what the cards have said could be open to suggestion by yourself and could also be of a general content, but it's their business, and their livelihood, but irrespective of what they say shouldn't stop you from coming. Geoff.

Hello LaHola, I am no believer in things like tarot, particularly computer generated ones... I dare say if you went back and did the exact same reading three times in a row you would get a different result.
Even so, as Geoff says above, those sorts of things are always so vague that you project your own fears onto them anyway. I have never heard of a psychic reading that says something like 'next Tuesday you will buy a lotto ticket and win $39.50'.
You're right, I think, you're feeling vulnerable at the moment and looking for answers, which is perfectly ok.
If you feel that moving is going to be a good thing for you, then go with that feeling. There will be ups and downs, but you will cope just as you have done in the past.
