For anyone looking for help on Anxiety, there are some helpful resources on the website for the Clinical Centre for Interventions here in Perth, that focus on mainly CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I was in the Social Anxiety group at one point. Although it did help me a lot, I'm not totally cured of this. It's self help stuff.
