Hi, I’ve come on to try and connect with people like me. I have been struggling with health anxiety for a long time and although I know loads of ways to try help my situation, I find it very difficult. The past 2 years have been extremely difficult and I have had so many anxiety attacks throughout this time. I’ve had more tests than I can count and all have come back reasonably fine. I always feel so tense and worried! I try very hard to always be surrounded with people. I got to the gym weekly and I’ve seen therapist but I’ve never met anyone like me. It’s so hard 😪 I hate the bad feelings I get but I’m thankful for all the times I’ve picked myself back up. Will this ever end?

Well I literally got my results back this morning for a colonoscopy and gastroscopy that I got done start of June. I also have gastritis 🤯 I get so worked up about wether my anxiety is making me feel symptoms or wether there’s something wrong. It’s exhausting. Acting like I’m ok physically and mentally, is even more exhausting.
