Thank you it’s a favourite of mine.... I didn’t write it but it reminds me a lot of my journey...

I too fell down, and broke but i didn’t allow myself to stay that way I pieced myself back together bit by bit....the challenges I faced have made me a stronger person.... I hope to help others with their mental health.... I hope others realise there is HOPE with mental illness and you can overcome it and come back a stronger version of yourself 💪
