Seems like everything is failing for me, its been over a year since I quit my job because of bullying, no amount of job search is producing results, I've been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, my weight keeps increasing no matter how much exercise I do or how little I eat, my friends abandoned me, all I get is fake advice from people and even doing UberEats seems to be failing.
I'm so sick of....... everything and half the time it takes everything I have not to break down into a ball of tears and the other half I have to stop myself flying into a fit of rage.
What point is there in this stupid society if nothing works?

Hi Zallin,
Welcome to the online forums. It can be hard to have hope when it constantly feel like everything is failing for you. I’m sorry that you feel like there’s no point to it all. It must be so frustrating to feel like as much as you try to improve your situation, nothing works. Hang in there. It takes a lot of strength to hold things together especially when you are facing many challenges all at once.
If I could ask, what does keep you from breaking down and flying into a fit of rage? Being aware of what keeps you from reaching that tipping point can be the next step in understanding what type of support will help you move forward. Has there been anything in the past that has "worked" for you (i.e. coping strategies) in order to help manage these feelings. I do not have any knowledge of Ankylosing Spondylitis but it would be great to know more about your experiences to best support you. Thank you for sharing here.
Take care,
Sammy

Hi Zallin and welcome back to our forums
Things don't seem to have improved for you over the past year. So pleased you have returned here. It's good to see you have had some diagnosis about your back issues when you tried returning to your trade industry of bakery.
I don't have much knowledge about Ankylosing Spondylitis, though I've read it's an inflammatory arthritis that affected by your auto immune system. There are a few things that can help you to reduce your symptoms. Do you have a GP and a health professional (e.g. psychologist) that you see regularly for this, along with your anxiety?
Have you talked with anyone about anxiety and bullying during your employment? For example a health professional? Also have you talked to your GP about whether these these could make the symptoms of your Ankylosing Spondylitis worse? If you need to talk with someone soon about your anxiety, there are helplines you can call. You're not alone Zallin. Help is there if you reach out -
