is there anyone who can help to manage the exam stress?
I am about to finish my studies and so much stress in my head. Can't focus and do the studies for the exam. 😞

Break it down, small steps, small pieces.
Small study sessions, half hour...then have a break.
Choose the times you study....whenever you feel most alert...don't force yourself if your tired.
Rest, study, personal activity, study, rust etc

Hello BM_John,
I think i can help. I have been at uni for 3 years already and I often get stressed and overwhelmed with exams
try to remind yourself that you are near the finish line and only have a few exams left to get done and then you will be able to relax. Exams are stressful but an effective study plan can help
Please during this time eat well, drink lots of water, take breaks regularly, get enough sleep each night and exercise often This is important
Next figure out what study plan works for you, reading, memorising, writing notes, practice tests, flash cards, self testing, practicing with someone etc? find out which study style helps you the best, there is some information only about your study style
Once you know your study style you can start to prepare and study
For me the best way I study is to summarise and note the exam content I think print it out and read it each day up until exams to help memorise and I complete practice tests.
One more thing, don't start too late before to study, depending on the exam at least a week of studying is needed so you don't cram too much into one day
and for focus have a good sleep then try coffee or tea and a good breakfast and then have a go

Hi there,
I am the same! I am one exam away from finishing my undergrad degree. it doesn't feel real yet but I understand how easy it is to lose motivation.
I find it beneficial to take breaks from studying. try not to let it consume you. i often go for a walk or meditate or just scroll tik tok for a while (i try not to use my phone though). i also find listening to music helps me focus.
also eat well and get plenty of sleep no matter how you have to do. your brain cannot function optimally on 0 sleep and no food !
try and stay positive in exam season - it only gets better after! you'll ace it!
