I've finally gotten my anxiety under control but today I feel so flat. I have such an uneasy feeling in my stomach and my legs and weak and tingly. It makes me so tired and headachy. Does anyone get these feelings and how do they manage them?
thank you

Hello Miss1234
Welcome to Beyond Blue (BB) forums. People here are very supportive and you'll find many will give you some answers to your questions. Also, you can have a look at the BB homepage that provides lots of factual information.
From the little information you've provided, I'd be a little loathed to give you any information about your symptoms.
What I'd like to say is - have you visited your GP recently? If you haven't that might be a first good step for you. The symptoms you talk about could be contributed to a number of things. So best leave it to the professionals to help you get to the bottom of things.
If you have been previously been diagnosed with anxiety, I'd still hope you see your GP. Anxiety can have a range of different symptoms. There are a number of things you can do to manage how your feeling - have a look at the Anxiety page:

It would be good to hear how you go and what your GP has to say.
Kind regards
PamelaR
