Hey everyone,
When I had a breakdown back in August 2018, my brain created a scenario up in my head to cover the fact that my anxiety was going through the roof about family members causing trouble. Now this trigger to my breakdown is what keeps my anxiety occuring even though I know its not real.
Any tips on how to deal with this?
Muchly appreciated! 🙂

Hey Bella_93,
Thanks for your post. I've been thinking about how to respond and honestly I'm not really sure because I think I need a little bit more information to understand. Would you be open to letting us know about the scenario? Or even a hypothetical example with a bit more info?

Although I'm not exactly sure how to answer your question, I would love to let you know that you aren't alone! I go through things like all the time. I can get worked up over things that aren't even real. I would just suggest always telling yourself that it isn't real and that you will be ok. Be confident in yourself!
Best wishes
