Hello Concetta60.
I’m sorry you are feeling unwell. The symptoms you describe have experienced by many people all over Australia (and the world). You are not alone. It is impossible for anyone reading your post to offer you a diagnosis, but you should almost certainly see a health care professional. If you have a trusted GP, start there. If you do not Beyond Blue carries a list of GPs with an interest in mental health.
In the meantime, I would advise you to lay off the caffeine (tea, coffee and coke), avoid alcohol, begin a physical exercise program ( walking 30 minutes daily is fine) and try to develop good sleep hygiene (look it up online).
Stay calm, you will survive this and I hope to read of your progress.
