Can anyone give me some advice. Recently my depression has become alot worse due to some issues that i had in my work place although these issues are now better i am finding it increasingly difficult to get myself to work. I get very anxious about the thought of going to work nearly every day which is very upsetting for me cause even though I know that there is nothing to worry about i seem to get myself so worked up that sometimes I can't leave the house. So this leads to me missing work and pay as i am a casual employee. If anyone can offer some advice on how to manage my anxiety would really appreciate it

Hi tleaves,
I have the same identical issue. We spend so much time in what is an often dysfunctional and malicious environment, especially if you are of a casual position.
Ive found the best way is to seperate yourself from it and see it as only a mere means to an end. An imperfect and sometimes malevolent predicament that serves only to pay bills. Dont invest any more of yourself into it. Its not your identity and it doesnt define you. Go to work and do what is asked if you but treat it with indifference and invest yourself in other areas of life that are far more important to you such as family and loved ones, hobbies and passions you may have.
