Hi skye
sometimes I think I see things flying around in my vision but when I try to focus on it, it's gone. I think this is because we are so hypersensitive to everything because of anxiety.
that would be my opinion of what you're "seeing". Normal things that everyone sees but our minds turn them into something they are not.

Hey Skye, have you tried that Headspace App yet?
Next time you have a panic, try using it. I woke up this morning and I didn't feel completely panic, but I needed something. I ended up doing one of the ten minute sessions a couple of times cause I just couldn't get rid of this dreadful feeling. I also kept feeling like I wasn't paying attention properly cause my mind kept going off to these intrusive thoughts. But I kept going, I kept listening to the session and I swear, but the 3rd time I did it (having made a change of scene from the bedroom to the front porch) I felt a heap better.

I have tried the first one and it was good! I just have to make time to do it!
I just don't want to feel crazy anymore! Just praying anxiety is all it is!
