Hi Todd
We humans have quirks. I have one, when hungry I sneeze 3 times in quick succession. My wif eknows this and says "you're hungry". Though I don't know anyone else ever that has that.
So, if mental health professionals cant diagnose it, I don't know how anyone can. Learning every facet of your body is your only hope I feel. Maybe something will arise one day and it dawns on you the cause.
You have mentioned anxiety. I thankfully conquered that over a long period and am now free of it. I can help here if you haven't tried the techniques that helped me.
