Hi Everyone ,
I get anxiety over not know what to do and to be honest it’s a bit crippling.
I tend to be very hard on myself and I can’t seem to get out of the habit.
How do you move forward and make you failures work for you because I just can’t seem to get it.
How do you overcome fear of striking out so that you can playing the game?
I’m just a bit scared and I was hoping for some advice.

I get that you're feeling anxious, and it sounds like you're afraid of failing, so it's difficult to attempt anything. I think it was Wayne Gretsky that said something like you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. In other words, the only guaranteed way to fail is to not try. Further, maybe you could reframe the issue. Rather than saying "I failed", maybe you could say "well, that didn't work. But I'm not beaten until I quit. I actually succeeded, because I know that this way doesn't work, so I can try something different".
Is there a specific goal that you are anxious about?

Hi,
I like the quote - You either win or you learn, there's no such thing as failure.
what works for me is pretty much what Deckt said above. Dont think of your failures as failures, think well, that didn't work lets try something else.
I also remember I am human and humans make mistakes so im just going to try my best 🙂
