Hi there
First of all apologies for taking so long to get back to you.
Thank you for sharing what is going on with you. It sounds like a really tough situation. Have things changed over the last few days or are you still moving on the 12th? Is there anyone you can stay with for a few days?
How old is your son? How is he handling all of this?
I am not familiar with these types of situations so I am unable to offer any practical advice. However can you see your GP and talk through the current situation? They will be closer to your health and may have some ideas on how to work with the insurer?
I will check in with some of our community champions and see if anyone can suggest some advice for you.
In the meantime, I am thinking of you and hope that the situation has improved since you posted.

Hey and welcome Anxious Existence;
Please contact the Workers Compensation Review Office (WIRO) if in NSW or the relevant Ombudsman in your state immediately. These services can help by contacting the insurer and make them act in accordance with their obligations.
With your landlord, make sure the terms of your lease aren't being breached. There are conditions like being given 3 months notice in writing prior to eviction that need to be adhered to before you're evicted.
You can find support from local accommodation agencies or Govt Housing in your state. You can also approach Disability Services/Advocates from state Govt or non Govt organisations who'll talk with your landlord for you.
There's hope ok, it just takes a bit of leg work to find the best source of representation. You're in a dire situation with your son as well, so going to community services and begging for help might get them to act on your behalf or contact someone for you who can support you immediately.
Please don't try and sort this out by yourself anymore. Trust me, it's better others fight for you at this stage. Do it TODAY!!! And don't worry if you don't have a formal lease or real estate agent; under the law if you're renting, you're protected by legislation.
Please let us know how you go ok.
Concerned...Sez
