I was wondering if anyone else's anxiety manifests into vomiting?
Mine always starts this way; i am really tired then sweaty, fidgety, sick in the stomach, then i will vomit and can't stop retching until i fall asleep then i usually have to take it slow for a few hours - i aways thought i got tummy bugs too much but apparently not!

Hey Natz...
yeah youre not alone on this one! i havent for a while now but last year my anxiety 'episodes' would result in me feeling so nauseous that i vomitted.
more often though now im the same as shellshell with the other end haha 😕 so bizarre how anxiety can mess with our stomachs/bowels.
good to hear im not alone x dani

Hi Natz,
About a month or so ago my anxiety got so bad that I vomited outside the medical centre after finding out they are closed.
I also have stomach issues due to anxiety so I can understand where you are coming from.
I hope you can find the headspace to relax before those episodes start again, as I'm sure they are very unpleasant.

Yeah you should take it easy.
Anxiety affects the nervous system, and that pretty much runs through your entire body. I've sat through enough panic attacks to know that having a few more of those isn't good for me.
I would really encourage you to find some help. Talk to a professional counsellor - it's no instant fix and could take many months and years (two years for me and counting). But have the courage to see it through, and try your best. Don't give up when you feel like you have failed, there's no such thing.

Hey , thats how im feeling right now im unsure if its a bug or anxiety. Which is pretty scary for me as my anxiety is always based around vomiting and germs. I felt unwell after dinner which caused extreme case of anxiety and i couldnt think straight then hours later i was sick twice. I havnt slept a wink but im just not sure wether iv wprked myself up or i generally am not very well. Its very stressful. Glad im not alone.
