I've started this thread to list what I think, by priority and effect, was the areas that assisted me in getting relief from anxiety. I'll list links to some threads also.

Plenty of water, nutritious food, exercise and good amount of sleep.
Laughter.
Creating *achievable* to-do lists for the day and ticking them off throughout the day - sense of achievement.
