Hi Thesadguy92,
Wellcome to our forums!
Im really sorry you are feeling this way I understand anxiety can be very difficult to deal with.
I have a lived experience of severe anxiety OCD but I’ve now recovered thanks to help I received from health professionals.
Have you done a mental health plan with your gp? This will enable you to see a psychologist who can give you many coping strategies for anxiety.
If you can see if you can see a clinical psychologist they can diagnose a normal psychologist can’t.
My life now after anxiety couldn’t be better there is hope for you aswell if I can recover then there is hope that you can too.

Hello Bruce, when someone is suffering from anxiety it's awful because it tends to breed onto other situations that may not warrant it but are unable to stop it, that's the strength of this illness and can ruin many an occasion, especially when you are a hypochondriac and that's not to say, sometimes we all think the worse with many aspects in life.
With this COVID as long as you have been vaccinated the chances of overcoming it or even preventing it from doing any harm are minimal, as we're told by the health authorities, but there is a condition where a person has an 'EF' which means the blood pressure can be high but then suddenly drop, which is something I have and can be controlled to a certain extent with medication, this doesn't mean you have to rush out to see your doctor, have your blood pressure next visit, and the doctors have told me not to worry, so I hope you don't because I'm 67.
Geoff.
