How do you cope with constant anxiety nausea almost every day? Is there a way to help minimise this physical symptom of anxiety?

Hi zackcohen1,

Thanks for posting such a great question. Many of us here in  this subthread have different experiences of anxiety. I also used to experience nausea which would affect my appetite and weight. To counter this, I would regularly check in with my GP and psychologist as well as employ relaxation techniques such as the ones listed here: https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/staying-well/relaxation-exercises

Hope that helps a lilttle. 🙂

hello and welcome.

I would agree with what Bob_22 said... It might also help to work out what is triggering this.

I know it is quite unpleasant to get an upset stomach because of anxiety so my heart goes out to you. When it come the relaxation exercises, it also means having to work out what works for us as what works for me might not be good for you or vice versa.
