Hi, I think I should start by saying that I don't have children.
But I grew up in a busy family and I've suffered with anxiety since I was 5 or 6.
I think my anxiety stemmed from feeling abandoned by my mum simply because I had three older siblings each going through their own problems.
Can I ask how your child's anxiety is presenting itself?
Mine came into play around going to school, sleeping at night and being away from my mum. I had good and bad periods throughout my primary years.
