Anxiety? I don’t know what’s going on

Hi all,
I posted a few days back saying I was feeling very depressed and crying all the time for no apparent reason. I have started to feel extremely anxious about going to work, this morning was the second time I had a panic attack in the last few days before going. I don’t dislike my job, I want to go to keep my mind busy but I just stress about going so much. I am not entirely sure what I am fearful about, whether it’s the occasional rude customer, being away from the comfort of my home for so long or whether it’s about feeling as though I will break down in tears.
I have so many emotions going on at the moment and I can’t explain why I’m feeling like this.

Dear anotherpuglover
Welcome to the forum. It's good to see you reaching out for help. We are all different but our band is our mental health and how to maintain ourselves.
I see you started another post in Depression. May I suggest you use one thread only. Having the same topic in two threads means those replying to one thread do not know everything that has been said in the other thread. You miss out on the benefit of replies, suggestions and stories from others. Use the other thread only as that thread has already received some replies.
It can appear you will reach a larger group of people by posting in Depression and Anxiety but doesn't work very well. Leave a note here to ask anyone to post on your other thread.
Mary
