Hi everyone,
I need some help with this. I was hosting a party on the weekend and I got so anxious. I was so overwhelmed with the setting up of everything and then when the party was going on, everyone wanted me for something and I didn't even have time to eat much. It was just so overwhelming for me.
Has anyone else felt like this? What did you do to cope in that situation?

Hi booklover, welcome
Yes, it happens often
Anxiety needs a plan. In your case set up an hour even two earlier then sit down with a cuppa and a snack.
An empty stomach fuels ancity. Its like hypoglycemia, that empty feeling and it makes me shake a bit.
I used to be the same as you at xmas time. The cooking etc. Now everything apart from the roasts are done....and I have that cuppa and slice of xmas cake before the guests arrive.
