Hi there,
I have recently got an inner ear virus which knocked me for six and all of a sudden my anxiety, panic attacks and depression has become a lot worse. I feel miserable. I am over worrying about everything and am finding it really hard to see any end to this. Has anyone else experienced any of this ? Or have any advice ? I'm desperate for support on this. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Bambino,
Getting an inner ear virus sounds a bit painful, and hopefully is improving with help from a doctor. If you don't mind me asking, have you received professional help for the anxiety, panic attacks and depression? It's crucial that you do, as delaying help-seeking can result in increasingly debilitating symptoms. Going to your doctor (GP) for a referral is the best way forward. Your GP can guide you.
I would like to refer you to great online resources. I recommend saving these to your computer favourites, so you can refer to them when you need reliable info. This cannot replace seeing a GP though.

I've had anxiety over my health before, and needed professional support to improve my situation.
Good luck seeking help 🙂
Best wishes,
