Hi James54
Thank you for your post and reaching out. COVID-19 is causing so much anxiety in everyone and I can imagine how much higher it would be having OCD.
I'm wondering if it would be helpful for you to have a test? Do you think having those results confirmed would put you at ease?

Hi James54!
I completely empathise and understand why you may be feeling some concern about the situation! I agree with the above thread, it may be of use to just get a test to ease your mind? Maybe stay home from school for a couple of days even or see a doctor! Remember, it is also cold season during this time and you may just be under the weather! I also am having similar symptoms to you but have not been anywhere that has had active cases!
I wish you the best and hope you feel better soon! Having anxiety and OCD with the current situation makes it even more challenging, but you've got this!
