HELP!! I think I might be going insane...

I'm a 13 year old who's bisexual and I have autism, ADHD, depression and a conversion disorder. For a while now, since I lost my only friend, I have been declining mentally, extremely rapidly. Sometimes I get incredibly mad and start shaking and hyperventilating. I don't know why I'm so sensitive to losing friends all of a sudden, I rarely have ever had friends, and I don't like having friends. Everytime I lost a friend, I have coped fine and everyone thinks I'm putting on an act, saying I'm being someone else, but I'm not. I'm scared and I'm starting to question the point of anything anymore. Please explain what is wrong with me...

Hi Muffin TM and warm welcome to our community

Life sounds incredibly difficult at the moment.

I’m not a healt professional so can’t explain what’s happening to you .

I see you are quite young and wonder who you have in your life that helps you through these hard times? For example your mom?

Please let me know as we are concerned for you. We need to know you are safe.

Kind regards

Dear MuffinTM~

You have an awful lot on your plate every day. Autism, ADHD, depression conversion disorders make a huge difference to one's life, they can really rule it.

For just about everybody grief is a tricky thing. It would be easier to cope with if it was always the same but that is not the case. An only freind is very special, and to loose that person may well bring out a reaction you have never had before - even when others were lost.

Can I ask what you are scared about, is it life without a freind, or the strangeness of the new symptoms or ... ?

These symptoms can be upsetting and worrying, however the number of people that get mad - and get so het up they don't breath properly , is pretty big.

When things get bad is there anyone special you go you - one of your parents, a brother or sister if you have any, or someone else in your family? I've found it can really help to talk about the person who has gone.

Main thing is not to try to go it alone, I would like it if you came back here and talked some more
