you could try working out?
I always have an ED (eating disorder) if I am not exercising.
Foods are broken down into macro nutritents for us (machines) to work.
When a machine doesn't work, it doesn't need food... (fuel).
IM not sure where im getting at.. just try exercising it helps me with this lol

Hi Vanessa,
Thanks for joining the forums. You can find some information about coping with anxiety on our youth website here: http://www.youthbeyondblue.com/get-help/for-anxiety/ (please copy and paste the link)
There is a fact sheet on that page called 'Changing your thinking – Cognitive Behaviour Therapy' - it has a worksheet that helps you examine your negative thoughts and start addressing them.
This is also a very effective therapy type that is used in face-to-face counselling with a psychologist, which you can access through your GP.
If you've got time for a longer read, there are a lot more therapies and coping strategies in our booklet 'A guide to what works for anxiety' > https://www.bspg.com.au/dam/bsg/product?client=BEYONDBLUE&prodid=BL/0762&type=file (please copy and paste the link)
Please also check out the Headspace website information page about eating disorders: http://www.headspace.org.au/what-works/research-information/eating-disorders (please copy and paste the link).
Hope this helps.
best
CB
