Welcome to the forums and thankyou for being a part of the forum family too!
There are many gentle people on the forums that suffer from this form of depression (Bipolar) that can be here for you no worries at all. I have had depression/chronic anxiety (under management) and do understand what you are going through

Really enjoy your posts + we all learn from each other.
It's Guest 830 here in reference your reply to Guest 2 about her ailment- BPD isnt bipolar. Perhaps there's been a misunderstanding on your part either way.
Thought I'd bring it to your attention.
BPD is an serious disorder which I can personally relate to exceptionally well. It's an illness which few understand looks like bipolar but it isn't.
As for Guest 2, I also suffer from exact disorder + do understand how she really feels by struggling each day.
