Hi Stephanie ,

Firstly, welcome to the forums.

Well done for finding the forums. If there are any questions you wanted to ask or anything you want to talk about feel free to post in the appropriate section of the forums. Many great people on here to give advice about any mental health issues or concerns you may or someone you may know have.

My best for you,

Jay

hello Stephanie, it's always a pleasure to welcome new people who have been able to find this great site, where you can learn what others are struggling with, or learn what an illness can do to anyone.
You will be able to spend countless hours reading the many different sections, plus you can tell us if something has worried you for a short or long time, and it's anonymous, we don't know who you are unless you decide to put a photo of yourself or perhaps an animal next to your name. Geoff.

Hey Stephanie,

Welcome to the forum!

Feel free to reply to us here and/or to start a new thread in another section. For example, if you'd like advice about anxiety, you can post in the anxiety section. If you talk about multiple things in your post, just pick whichever category you feel best represents what you've written. There's not really a right or wrong section most of the time 🙂

I was pleased to find this forum in mid-2013, just after I had recovered from a bout of mental illness. It really does foster a sense of connection, and I love being able to offer support when I can.

It would be great to hear back from you!

Best wishes,

Zeal
