Welcome tot he community here. I see that Sophie has welcomed you also and offered you some suggestions on how you can receive some more help and understanding of what you are experiencing.
Maybe you could write down some of the thoughts that are going on in your mind and that may help you work out what is troubling you or making you feel as you do.
Is it possible for you to have a chat with a DR. I know that may be a little difficult right now.
Are there things you usually enjoy doing in life that you can try to do now? Restrictions at present don't help with that either! Maybe you can be creative in finding ways to do something nice for yourself each day.
