There are on many occasions we have new members who areso kind to reply to a person, but also have some form of depression, and this extends to many other illness's that are associated with this disease, but are too afraid to post their own comment, which is a real shame, because they are hurting so badly inside, so I implore you to come back and post your own comment.
You can't suffer by yourself with this illness, because it only gets deeper and deeper for you to try and handle all those problems that just won't go away, so please I'm almost begging you to post a new thread.
This thread of mine won't be on page 1 for too long, as it will keep getting pushed down the list and end up on page 2, and then page 3.
There are too many names to mention that only have had one reply to someone else seeking help, and even if I mentioned a few, it would be so easy to miss someone out, so that wouldn't be appropriate for me to even begin.
So please consider joining us and we will endeavour to do all we can to try and help you. Geoff.

dear 12barblues, hi and welcome.
Chris has provided so posts for you to look at which will be very informative to you.
Myself, well so many antidepressants (AD) I have tried have made me feel very nauseated and how I hated this feeling, so the doctor gave me some anti-nausea tablets which only made me throw up, then I felt better, so now if I feel this way that's exactly what I do, sounds awful I know, but it's better than trying to take or even do to make me feel better.
I perish the thought of starting a new medication, because I always think that I will become nauseated.
How do we overcome our depression, well it's different for everybody, but for myself, I think the main reason was that my wife had divorce me and our house had been sold, so I had to obviously move, and decided to rent to for a short time and then buy another property, but I got stuck in the rental market and had to fend for myself, and this certainly helped me a great deal.
I then met some old people I used to work with in same way and they needed help and had no one to help them, so then I took on this role, although I wasn't their official carer, but I just did it.
They wanted to pay me but I refused. Geoff.
