Im sorry that your struggling with Depression...
Im just wondering if you have been to your Dr..and talked to him/her about how your feeling and that your depression comes quite often?...I tied hard to “fix” my depression but found it too hard...since I’ve reached out to my Dr..who then started a mental health care plan..which entails 10 free sessions with a professional..is this something that you might consider?...Depression is an illness and needs to be treated by professionals as well as our own input...
When my depression gets the better of me..I try to find something that I like to do..listening to and singing along to music...colouring in...Internet games..jig saws..anything that get my mind out of my head into some mindfulness activities....
Do you have anything that you like to do?..or donyou have any pets?...
I live alone with my 2 fur babies (dogs)... they help me a lot to not feel so alone...plus they need caring for which also helps with getting out of my head and those negative thoughts...
Your not alone dear MM...so many people here are struggling with depression..I am one of them...and hope so much that we can help talk you through and help you in anyway we can....
We are here... some more community members will pop in from time to time to say hello and offer you what works for them...or even just for a chat..

I have visited a doctor and talked to her, but I found it a bit awkward. I like to play with my guinea pig, which really helps me. Thank you for supporting me!
