Hi Bubbles and a very warm welcome to our community forums.
Sounds like things are a little bit tough for you. Our community is caring, supportive, friendly and non judgemental. No one is going to point the finger, in fact we try hard to make the environment so you are free to share as much of your story as you want.
I too have anxiety and depression. Mine is associated with PTSD from a childhood trauma and also from ongoing emotional and psychological trauma.
There are different forums here. I'm sure you'll find one that you feel comfortable with.
Anxiety and depression are the pits at times. You can find some useful tips by doing a search in the BB website for Self Help Tips for Managing Anxiety. Alternatively you can find it pinned to the top of the Anxiety forum page.
You're not alone Bubbles. There are many of us who have anxiety and depression who are able to cope and manage our lives. It's not easy, but it is doable.
If and when you want to, feel free to share more of your story. It is safe here.
Kind regards
PamelaR

Hi bubbles18
i am new to the forum family too!
I am 36, I have bouts of situational depression, anxiety and some ptsd.
I was married to an emotionally absuive and sometimes physically abusive man and that ended 2 years ago this year. (That sentence has taken two years to be comfortable in saying that).
I was/am in a relationship (I don’t really know) with a man whom I love dearly and beyond words - I recently had a termination and a mini brain snap cause by excessive hormone disruption. This cause me to be on a cliff edge and I am working my way through this.
i am not medicated but I do work everyday on my mental health.
I don’t have children. I wake up some days feeling like crap but I say to myself I have 2 choices: today can be a good day or today can be a bit so good day.
i find it very difficult to communicate feelings out loud, but writing them down and actually addressing my feelings has been a lifesaver.
I hope to hear from you soon and thank you for starting this thread
