Ha ha Neil! Re your reply re snakes to Geoff! I too was terrified and came across my fair share of browns in NSW. I'm not so terrified now as I come across them so regularly but I certainly still have a healthy respect of them! Good point about the weather. cheers Suz 🙂

I'm hearing you Jo!! It's magic isn't it. Especially those moments we can be still and just appreciate the moment and the NOW. Priceless!! I hope all is well in your world and that things are working out for you. How did you go re the psychiatrist and the hospital?
