Hi there and welcome to the forums,
Great question!
The forums are a space for people to come and share their feelings/experiences and to support others on their mental health journey.
You can start your own thread or comment on others. It's helpful to navigate to the topic you're most interested in, like 'Anxiety', for example. Posting in the most relevant section to your story will help people to see it and support!
We have wonderful Community Champions and Valued Contributors who have been supporting the community for a while and they will often share their lived experience with our community members, which has proven to be very helpful for many.
We also have 24/7 moderators who help to keep the community safe and provide check-ins with members when we feel they might be needing a little extra support.
Overall, this is a space to share the things that can be tough to talk about, knowing they will always be received with kindness and understanding.
Please let us know if you have any further questions about the forums.
Warm regards,
Sophie M.
