Hi Hope91,
A very warm and friendly welcome to the forums!
We are definitely here for you.
I'm really sorry to hear that you have been feeling this way. How long have you been feeling like this?
Have you potentially spoken to your GP about how you are feeling?
I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello Hope, and can I join Missep in welcoming you to the forums.
Sometimes this illness can strike us without warning over a period of time, but gradually becomes worse, so as it happens slowly, we feel it's just another day where there is no join in life and then begins to take effect and changes our life.
We aren't doctors so we can't diagnose you, however, from experience what you've told us it may seem as though you are suffering from any type of depression, and I say that because there are so many forms this may take, but the symptoms you have described may indicate this.
It's knowing where you should begin, do you ask your family or friends for help and if so how do you approach the subject but there may be some inclination they already know and may want to help you or decide they aren't capable of doing this and go away, that's always heartbreaking if this happens because you have been there for them, time and time again.
Can you tell us whether you have been able to visit your doctor, we know this could be frightening for you, but perhaps we hope you are able to get back to us, so we can help you and understand a little more about you, and please remember that we have had to struggle with our own type of depression and know what you are trying to cope with.
We will do our very best to help you in all sincerity.
Geoff.
