Hi! I am actually really pleased to know there are forums such as this.
I have struggled with on and off mental health issues (who hasn't) and I know a lot of people who are/have as well and now just want to help and support as much as I can! I can share some techniques I've learnt if it feels right, and just feel in the moment how I can be in service. Thank you for this opportunity. 🙂 Seriously guys, I have come to know that purely reaching out and helping each other actually helps OURSELVES funny enough!

Yes, I agree with you that this is a special place, & I’m also grateful for it. I think what you’re saying is very true about how helping one another often helps ourselves too.
I noticed that you mentioned some techniques that help you with your mental health. I think it’s fantastic that you have your coping strategies.
Would you like to share some of those techniques here?
