Hello Dear Tessa1...
A very warm and caring welcome to the forums..
I am sorry that your struggling with your mental health..
Its really hard making our first post..and we are pleased that you have reached out here to our lovely community..I think you’re ver brave for doing that...
Dear Tessa, I really would like to suggest if you can..to please reach out to your GP..and let him/her know how your feeling and thinking...They can help you more then you realise, getting you onto a mental health care plan and having professional people help guide you towards mental health wellness...
Like any another illness..mental health, depression, anxiety etc also needs professional help for us to learn how to manage it..and to stop it from interrupting our lives and taking away our happiness,,,
Please Dear Tessa...Talk here anytime you feel up to it..We are here for you and hopefully we can help guide you and talk you through this hard phase you’re going through..
My kindest and most caring thoughts..lovely Tessa..
Please keep us updated on how your feeling when you feel up to it..
Grandy..
