Hi,
I am new here. I was diagnosed with Depression in 2011 and then told of melancholy and catatonic features as well. Also I won a long battle with gut parasites last year. I have had a rough trot with my career and have been unemployed for 16 months.
Anyway, getting in the ocean, surfing, is a big part of my mental health strategy. That has been taken away (possibly) for the foreseeable future. I am also struggling to beat oral thrush. Today I woke up and my mood has taken a bit of a dive. Well, time for my Wim Hof method breathing, cold shower after a jog. Hopefully I'll bounce back now.
Thanks for reading and I appreciate you,
J
