Hi Helen, I'm extremely sorry for the loss of your father, and know that it's so sad to realise that someone who you could trust is no longer with you, my sincere condolences.

I am worried that you have stopped taking your medication because when people decide to do this after a few weeks there is a possibility of falling back, we don't want this to happen to you.

I'm also sorry that I am a few days late in responding back to you.

Hi its been a little bit since l last posted but l wanted to thank everyone for there help on these forums it has helped me so much.lm still in recovery but doing so much better lm hoping it gets even better. Staying positive and accepting my anxiety and working thru it has helped. I certainly found lm not alone.
