So Sorry Julia 😞
Seems that it's hard to find the right place to go. not sure which other places can help...please let us know how you go. I find hospital Triage, Wellways, 1800 Respect, the Blue knot Foundation, Lifeline, and Salvos good resources in crises. I don't know which others ones are helpful. Hope you are safe, thinkig of you

Hi Julia - I don't think lifeline keeps track of who calls or how many times at all - call any time you want.
Beyond Blue you can also opt to be anonymous and not have your call recorded...
They don't care how often you call, they understand. You should call as much as you need.

HI Julia,
I am sorry to hear that you are not travelling so well. I wonder how you are going today? Sleepy's suggestion to utilise the Beyond Blue Support Line 1300 22 4636 or Lifeline 13 11 14 is sound. When people are in between support structures, finding a temporary support solution is so important. I am also not sure what step you are in your NDIS application but I am aware that the assessment process can take some time which can be quite frustrating. You are not alone in this process. I wonder if you have any family or friends around you who are able to support you? Being just newly out of the hospital can be a particularly vulnerable time.
I have attached a few links for you that you might find helpful however if you are needing some support, please pick up the phone and call the support lines you feel comfortable doing this.
1. Housing Support Links https://www.facs.nsw.gov.au/housing/help
2. Re-Imagine: Supporting people with mental health conditions to navigate the NDIS https://reimagine.today
Wishing you the best possible outcome,
Nurse Jenn

Thanks for your advice. I already has NDIS package. Had problem with NDIS support Coordinator.
At the moment I am considering a possible admission to private hospital after private insurance waiting period passes. However worried about out of pocket fees. The informed financial consent of the private hospital says final bill may be higher than the estimate. If private insurance and medicare don't cover all the fee, I have to pay the difference. Is this standard agreement for private hospital? Is this seems financially risky given the uncertainty?
